From Zero to Hero on B2B Tech Thought Leadership
What: Since 2010, we have helped Pega break away from its old technology story to be focused on how it is a leader in resolving complex process problems for the biggest organisations using intelligent automation, AI and low code.
How: We developed media relations campaigns around Pega’s best subject matter experts in everything from AI to banking, from insurance to telcos and low code. Using media training, workshops and research we helped them develop skills as better storytellers that the media would approach to share their expertise. Original research, strong customer stories and owned events fuel the work, as does rapid response on breaking news to break into national business media.

The Results – What We Achieved
The programme exceeded the qualitative media targets set by Pega. With more than half of the earned coverage in top-tier titles, the campaign as a whole is now generating 200 earned media hits and 75 million impressions annually. Pegasystems is becoming a go-to source for technology insights and its research findings are routinely cited by media with little intervention from us. Coverage in the FT, Sky and Forbes among others. As Allison has built out its media profile, Pega has grown into a billion-dollar plus low code and smart automation giant.
